Ping Issues

Since the latest update, I have been having issues with ping. Jumping from a stable 25-40 to over 1000. Checked my internet and thats all fine + my download/upload is decent to play. 

 

Any help would be great full.

This happens with me as well, try rebooting you internet router / hub, this will reset the connection.

Mine was over 400ms yesterday which is very unsual for a person who gets 110ms on average, it could be something going on with the servers but for now the only way to fix it is to restart the game, your computer, router, ect..

Try to port forward ets2mp in your Router's UI

Again tried playing today, ping shooting through the roof, nothing downloading, speedtest done, sufficient to play MP on, but ping rocking up to 2000ms now

Try this

 

Go to Controll panel , then network and sharing center , After that click on Change adapter settings.

 

Now it will show you your connections , Right click on your network device and choose properties 

 

Click on ''Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4) , and hit properties 

 

Now it will pop up a window that has your IP and DNS blanks in it , Change the dns to 

 

Preferred dns: 

• 208.67.222.222

Alternitave dns: 

• 208.67.220.220
