0 ItzKieren Posted October 4, 2015 Share Posted October 4, 2015 I have received similar issues regarding emails, it appears the activation / reset password email's appear to not be received via Gmail accounts. Not sure what is causing this but we have had 100% success with Hotmail, yahoo email accounts, these could be possible solutions as you see fit.
