FOUND IT 

 

go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x86

 

or

 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x64

 

then go to plugins and delete that folder

Nope, not trolling. As i need to deal with same issue every time i start ETS2MP.

i deleted the file i had and it legit worked

You're correct. I can recall the message showed up after downloading telemetry sdk.
