Hello, I would like to speak on the topic of "synchronization". At the moment, there is no ets2mp sihronizatsy, trucks overtaking twitch. And if you ride the convoy will be laggy.

If you do not understand what I wrote, I do not know the English language.=)

First, this forum has a suggestion format. Please use it for next topics.
For mods: sorry to pick your words  :)

Why should it be added?:

Speaking of sync, this is a current issue and (in my opinion) first thing that devs are currently working on. This suggestion is useless, I think.

The synchronization between trucks will not be possible the way you want it.

If I understand it correctly you're hoping that the issue of trucks sometimes just jumping back and forth when overtaking you will be solved. This issue can't be solved because it's depending on the computer of each player. As we know not everyone has the same computer so hardware specifications might differ. Some computers are more powerful then others and will be able to load/show things faster. In other words, some computers have a higher FPS then other computers.

Next to that not everyone has the same internet connection. Internet connections differ in speed and based on your location and the location of the server you're connected too, also the response time of the server can differ.

These things create lag or "rubberbanding"(moving back and forth) of trucks. This happens because there's a constant synchronization going on between the position of the player on the player his screen and the position of the player on the server itself. Therefor it's unable to solve this issue.

I hope my explanation on this was clear enough for you.

I suggest you look into Ubuntu-cloud, or a cloud service such as what google use? And also speak to your hosting provider about implementing cloud services. This would also allow your servers to use DNS zones connecting users who are closer to their own regions to other players on the other side of the globe. I know how this is setup for websites, but It should be the same setup for a game server, come to think about it... you may only need to tweek the game client regarding how it communicates.

It's not as easy as it look. You still have to communicate with the server. Even if you go by a DNS server it will still be slow. Why do you think if you play BF3 on a chinese server you'll lag. Same logic.

We have different servers for different regions, thus reducing the lag. Nowadays, the Multiplayer has come to a point where there is almost no lag or ping caused issue anymore when there are not many people around or somebody using a server which is not meant to be for his region.

Done.
