403 when try download

Description of Issue: 

 

Is impossible download the new version of ETS2MP.

When click on "Game Client" the 403 error is show.

In the previous versions is possible access in remove the "cdn-eu2" from the url.
Exemple: "cnd-eu2.kat.pw/client/ets2mp_18xxxx.zip" to "kat.pw/client/ets2mp_18xxxx.zip", its work!

But in the last version (18200) not work. 
I can't download the last version.

 

How to reproduce:
 

Access the account and click in "Download latest version" and click in "Game Client".

It won't let you download direct link. You have to go to the homepage http://ets2mp.com/index.php, sign in with your username/password, then click "Download latest version", then click "Game Client"

Yes.
It error show when I click in "Game Client" on http://ets2mp.com/index.php?page=download, logged in my account.

The "HTTP Referer" is correct and is "Referer: http://ets2mp.com/index.php?page=download",I see that in F12.
I try use another browser but not work.

The page where you click on "Game Client, on top right of that page, it does says "Welcome {your_user_name}", then "Edit" button, then "Logout" button?
