buenas tarde tengo un amigo que quiere registrarse por primera vez pero le sale que su correo o contraseña es invalido porque ya esta en uso que debe hacer en ese caso el desde que tiene el juego a presentado ese problema y nunca a podido acceder al multiplayer espero me den respuesta para poder ayudar a mi amigo buenas tarde y gracias por este mod tan bueno...

I'm not 100% sure on what you are asking but your friend should create a new email address.

I think he is referring to a Steam Account already registered in ETS2MP when it was never registered, or registry is invalid.
