Never ever been one for customising my truck, adding lights everywhere and bars, unnecessary extra headlights.... always the smooth, cheaper, plastic options seem more appealing.

The only thing that isn't standard on my DAF, is the paintjob.

What is J-Spec Trucks?

They are basically "realistic european road vehicles" that is 95% of the trucks in the Europe for companies...

How to make a J-Spec Truck

Following rules are strict and standardised so far:

1. No V8 engine, No Engine over 510 HP (If you need more than 510 HP you are an idiot - maximum lowest available engine over 500 hp, can be and strictly advised below 500 hp)

WRONG!

There are loads available that require more than 510 hp! That is, unless you want to stall out on hills and have to call for a tow to service.

Keep in mind that this topic was made before double trailers. Back then there was only high power cargo back that really required more horsepower from your truck. This is more about hauling the average loads than heavy machinery and such. If you want to do jobs that require more power, you can always have a truck dedicated for that. In real life you rarely do several different jobs with one truck.

Ready to go!
