Driver Profits and or Level Up not showing

hi, I can see on the Drivers or Garages page that I am making profits with my drivers, but it is not showing up on the GPS whenever someone completes a delivery or gains a level up, is this a bug or error, I am unsure as to what the cause could be.

I will make a new game with a new save in Single Player, hopefully that will sort my issue - I am not worried starting a new game

This feature is not available in multiplayer.

I have solved that by sleeping. Then the income ticks in.

I also drop into sp for a job or 2. and some resting
