Trailer Mod - help needed sincerely

Hi folks,

 

I have spent the whole day trying to fix and understand everything about mods and I have finally come a long way I think. But I have a problem. The trailer mods I am using are working fine in Single Player but when I save the game and go into Multiplayer it says that the mod is missing even though it works perfectly fine in SP. Does anyone know why it wont work in MP ?

 

I would really appreciate your help.

Is there a place that lists which mods that are supported or do you simply have to try everything til u find something that work? Meaning some mods are supported.
