Fatal Error! 1.17.1s

Hi! I downloaded the latest version from ETS2MP and I have 1.17.1s version for ETS2 but when I try to start the MP an fatal error apeear!

Unsuperted game version detected! To play ETS2MP you need to have ETS2 1.17.1s(Steam release)! (Yes, I have the game on steam)
Do you need help with downgrading?
                            Yes                No

 

And if I hit Yes or No it will show me the same thing:

 

Could not inject dll into the game process. Please try launching the game again.

In you steam games, click with right mouse button on Euro Truck Simulator 2, select properties. Then, at Local Files tab select Verify Integrity of Game Cache.

I did that, but it didn't work, so i reinstaled again the MP, but  also it didn't work

Uninstall the game and MP, remove all related files (documents and program files) and reinstall all again.

 

PS: don't forget to backup your profile!

The game it's reinstalled yesterday, because I didn't play it for a long time, and yesterday I reinstaled it from steam and today I wanted to play the MP, but it didn't work. I mention that i put my profiles from when I played last time.

Well, a user solved that problem by uninstalling DirectX

I can't uninstall DirectX, I can't find a good DirectX Happy Uninstall...

Disable antivírus and firewall and try again.

I don't have antivirus. I turned the firewall off and installed again MP! Didn't worked!

Do you use the "Fast loading mode"? It sometimes causes my game to do a "Fatal error" .

Try uninstall the MP, download, SAVE (don't open), extract and install with admin privileges. God damn it error

Yep. No use. Someone fixed it by uninstalling direct x and reinstalling it, may try that, could be the problem.

This is how I fixed it!!

 

Search in System32 and SysWOW64 folders d3d and delete all files you can. then run dxwebsetup.exe which you can dl from here https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=35. Done.
