Per (SWE) Posted September 2, 2025 Report Posted September 2, 2025 Im back in TMP and like it, but I see the C-D road are really packed with drivers, sometimes I think maybe the crew would like to close that road. Why not announce the C-D road gonna close and ask everyone to take another route or find another city to drive to, and we can see the trucks find new routes and places to go to, and even try clean a place like Calais and let everyone out of there. Why not ask for drive to maybe Malaga and later everyone can meet up just there.
Exostate Posted September 2, 2025 Report Posted September 2, 2025 I don’t really see a point in announcing that the C-D road will be closed. With the Benelux rework coming, the whole area (including C-D) will already be updated and changed, so a temporary closure wouldn’t make sense. Even if TMP made such an announcement, most players would still drive there, since that road is popular exactly because of the chaos and traffic. It’s also not something staff can realistically enforce without blocking the map, which would cause more complaints than solutions. To being an April Fool's joke of closing access points down. The problem with closing CD Road, traffic will just take the quickest route to the same destination. April 2020: October 2016: And with the Benelux Revamp in the works, it should hopefully make CD Road so good, this chapter of CD Road will be closed.
