Community Manager ChrisPatrol Posted March 14 Community Manager Report Posted March 14 Add-On Team Recruitment From the 19th of March until the 14th of April, we will be looking for talented individuals to join our Add-On team. About the role: This team is responsible for creating new in-game content for TruckersMP. This can often include modifications such as map edits, custom models, and other modifications. This team also often communicates with other teams, such as the Event Team and Media Team. Core Requirements: The following requirements must be met for us to proceed with your application. For more information you may check our Information for applicants knowledge base article or contact Add-On Management through the feedback system. Must be at least 16 years old; Must be registered on the TruckersMP website for at least 1 year; Must be familiar with TruckersMP and its rules; Must be sufficiently proficient in written English; Must be able to accept constructive criticism; Must be eager to learn and want to progress your knowledge; Must be organised and adaptive; Must be resilient, active and flexible; Must be able to work within in a team as well as on your own; Must have a forum and Discord account for internal communication; Must have no forum/Discord bans or punishments within the last 12 months; Must have no more than 3 game server bans in the last 24 months; Must have good behaviour across our communication channels; Must have good communication skills. Hard and soft skills that are considered a plus when we consider applications, but are not mandatory requirements: You are a problem solver. Have knowledge about player trends in TruckersMP that would help when planning content. Have prior mod or asset creation experience from games. Specific Qualifications: 3D Modelling Texture Creation Animations using Blender Map editing (using the map editor built into Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator) Units (also known as definition files used by Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator) Strong knowledge of save editing Create sound banks using FMOD Languages: This position does not require any specific language skills, however understandable English is still a requirement as per the Core Requirements.
