Limit access to cars for new players.

If possible, I would "propose" limiting cars to the new players until they hit a certain level or time played. Most new players think cars are easier to drive, which every veteran knows is not true, and they crash, ram, and obstruct other players, especially in hot zones like Duisburg.

What do you guys think?

For those who are trolls and don't take the game's simulation seriously, they could start the game with a bicycle, and they would find a way to cause chaos. The problem is not with the game's features, but with who uses the game's features.

Even knowing this will not stop players from trolling, it will have some impact. I would like to see such a suggestion added and can even be applied to more scenarios, such as using multiple cargo, you would not be available until you complete the requirement for it. This could work as long side with driving school, by completing levels and unlocking features, as driving cars, multiple cargos and etc.
