How to fix ''Connection refused system has detected another account'' error ?

Hello, I am faced with a problem, after unblocking my account in trakers mp, they write to me that I have more accounts in the sauna or something similar. This is the only account I have. I don't understand what's going on. Help me figure it out.

If you think it's an error, as it says in the message you received in the game, you should contact to the Game Moderation Management via feedback to solve your situation.
