About the role: As a member of the TruckersMP Support team, you will be in charge of providing assistance to players who have questions about all TruckersMP-related problems on the forums, website and Discord guild. Support team members do this by finding solutions to the user's issues on all platforms, moderating and assisting in the help section on the forum and handling bug reports and editing profiles that violate our rules. Core Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old; Must be registered on the TruckersMP website for at least 1 year; Must be familiar with TruckersMP and its rules; Must be sufficiently proficient in written English; Must be able to accept constructive criticism; Must be eager to learn and want to progress your knowledge; Must be organised and adaptive; Must be resilient, active and flexible; Must be able to work within in a team as well as on your own; Must have a forum and Discord account for internal communication; Must have no forum/Discord bans or punishments within the last 12 months; Must have no more than 3 game server bans in the last 24 months; Must have good behaviour across our communication channels; Must have good communication skills. Specific Qualifications: Technical knowledge: Must have good knowledge of TruckersMP and the most common errors and issues; Willingness to learn: As TruckersMP progresses, there will always be new issues. Must be willing to progress the knowledge to be able to conquer these new issues; Data protection: Having a broad understanding of data protection and how to deal with sensitive information, as the security of our player's confidential information is what matters the most to us; Willingness to help: As assisting players that are in need of help will be your daily responsibility in the Support team, we expect a high level of problem-solving skills and a general willingness to help others. This requires regular helpful activity across our platforms before submitting an application. Languages: Turkish; German; Spanish; Romanian; Russian; Polish; French.
