Hello,

It’s possible your camera might be positioned inside your truck or below ground, which could explain the black screen. You can adjust the camera position using keybinds—just check your settings to see which ones are set up.

Also, please verify if this issue occurs in singleplayer mode. If so, it might be something SCS needs to address.

I, and others I know have the same issue, regardless of computer specs or internet connection specs.
It only happens on TMP, on singleplayer the photos are saved as expected.

When taking a photo on TMP there is enough lag to cause the photo to be saved when the shutter effect happens, causing the black screen.

This started when 1.50 was supported, which is also when significant lag started to be present in TMP, which aside from maybe a few optimisations, there is still ridiculous amounts of lag on TMP. Again, not on singleplayer.

100% a TMP issue.

Hey there!

Just to clear some things up, we are aware of this issue. However, it turns out that it is quite complex, so that's why there haven't been a fix for it yet.

For now, I can only recommend you to use the HQ screenshot mode.

You can check the following post on the SCS forum to know more about it: https://forum.scssoft.com/viewtopic.php?p=1676406&sid=985161385bd3345b94ba02e97b49d53e#p1676406

Hello

I think this is not my problem, many people have this problem, and there is no problem taking photos in single mode. As djoh said, we can only use the brightness in Photoshop to adjust the brightness of the photo. I hope this problem can be solved soon.

Kind regards,
Elen
