Hey everyone,

I’m curious to hear about the cargo you've found the most enjoyable to transport in ETS2 or ATS. Was it a special load, an oversized haul, or just something that gave you a memorable experience?

The most enjoyable cargo I’ve ever transported was a locomotive. Driving through Europe’s wide roads with these massive machines, which dominate the rails, always gives me a sense of power. That day, the roads were quiet, and the sky was a perfect shade of blue. As I delivered the locomotive, I realized I wasn’t just carrying a load; I was transporting a vehicle that would soon carry thousands of people in the future. It was truly exciting.

Another unforgettable journey was when I was hauling a brick trailer. The construction site where I was delivering the load was building a new neighborhood in the city. Those bricks were going to form the foundations of homes where people would start their lives. These journeys remind me that the loads we carry aren’t just cargo, but also hold big stories and meaning behind them.

I'm sorry to ruin your excitement, but this locomotive is not intended to haul passenger trains, or any trains whatsoever.

It is a diesel-hydraulic shunting (or switcher) locomotive, which are mainly used for maneuvering rail cars over short distances, typically within rail yards and terminals, assembling trains and similar, rarely being used as primary engine for moving trains.

On the bright side it actually exist in real world:

Hi @Granite [SVK] I fully agree with you, I worked at Transnet locomotive depot and this was mainly used for that purpose. But this is actual one of challenging trailers you can haul.

@Arf. Well for me it was a cement mixer on ets2, is so small and interesting.

The most interesting cargo l transport is medical vaccines.Driving the Scania to transport medical vaccines across continental Europe, l feel like l’m back in 2020. l’m going to get vaccines to  their destination on time and on time. When the cargo is delivered, l’m in a very happy mood.

Most enjoyable cargo runs for me is anything that fits under the Hazardous Materials category, mostly just for the high risk high reward mentality for doing them.
