Players can view the GM in the server by entering commands in the chat area, which I believe is beneficial in reducing some players who do not follow the rules and making them more careful when driving trucks, in order to approach reality.

Thank you for your valuable advice, I think it's great advice.

But I would like to say whether players can call the GM by command, just like calling 911. If a player is stuck in a traffic jam, has a car accident, or is driving recklessly, the player can call the GM, who will take the call from the player and then teleport to the area to find out what caused the incident through video replay. Of course, this is just an idea, and whether or not it is practical will have to be tested by the development team.

Hello everyone!

The users would use that benefit against us, sending us messages for anything they see on the road, we would have our chat flooded with messages calling us back and forth without any kind of sense. For that reason, there are an in-game report system, and you can also submit a report with your evidence on our website. 

Remember that we are volunteers, we are not personal GMs of any user, nor do we work as a 911. We wouldn't be able to enjoy the game like everyone else if we had thousands of messages every time we want to play with our friends.

All players should be following the rules anyway so there should be no need to have this just to check to see if you're going to get banned

Is that not the same as doing a report in game ?

Not really a good idea i agree with @Mixterium players can use the command to call Staff to spam and troll, however this could work if only TMP add a new rule for it that says "whoever use the command to spam, troll and/or annoy a Staff can get banned", maybe players will use the command more carefully, who knows

There's already an in-game report feature. If you want admins to handle a situation that occurred with a user/users, use that feature. It is essentially the "911, 112, etc" of TruckersMP in-game. These are already handled by staff as much as possible, and will also highlight any troubled areas in the process.

 

Any other feature outside of this would be unnecessary.

Everyone must always respect the rules... so that there would be fewer bans, fewer reports and more fun for everyone. 

 

However, every moderator is honest to do this role. Receiving messages from players against other users who violate the rules... Honestly no. If someone violates the rules, they can be reported.
