Hello @2fand,

It looks like the player has been banned while still in the game, which is why they might still appear online. If they disconnect or leave the game, they won’t be able to log back in until the ban expires.

Thank You.

I've tough you'll be kicked out the moment of the ban would start, like ingame people get banned during the session.. doesn't  appear to work like that with the website TMP report form ?

Hello @Pinco [CH],

When a ban is issued in the game, the system automatically disconnects the user from the current season's server and applies the ban. However, on the website, bans can be issued to the user's account without affecting their current season.

Hello @2fand,

It looks like he was banned on the website, possibly due to a prior report made through the site, which was reviewed while he was in-game. As I mentioned in my previous comment, when a ban is issued in the game, the system automatically disconnects the player from the current season's server and enforces the ban immediately. It is not possible for someone to remain in the game once they have been banned. Furthermore, when you report a player in-game, you will receive one of two messages: either that the report has been claimed and is being reviewed by an online Game Moderator, or that the report has timed out.

Hope that makes sense.

Thank You.
