How to get brake lights on top of trailer?

I saw a driver who had braking lights on the top of his trailer which was nice, but I don’t see the option to do it.

To answer your question this is most likely a person who has save-edited the lighting on their trailer to add a set of brake lights to the top of their trailer. However if you had a picture or video to show what you had seen giving you a more proper or direct answer would be easier. I hope this helps you with your question.

Some Feldbinder trailers have the option to add a second set of lights on top of the trailer, I think it's the silo trailers. If it wasn't save editing, maybe it was that.

Yea I believe that is a DLC package but I am not entirely sure about that.
