Is it possible to use a mod such as "Discovery Map Helper" while on TMP?

My understanding is that mods generally aren't allowed/supported, however it seems that some local mods such as interiors/accessories etc. are accessible. Is it somehow possible to enable a much such as Discovery Map Helper while on TMP?

No, it's not possible.

I looked the mod up and it seems like it's a mod from the Steam Workshop. Steam Workshop mods usually do not work within TruckersMP. So even though it is just a map modification, you won't be able to play with it on the servers

 Only these modifications are supported on the TMP. Alternatively, you can unlock via save edit the undiscovered parts of the map
