Hey, 
Make sure your steam voice settings are correct. If you don't know how to check you can follow this steps: Steam->Settings->Voice->Voice Input Device
Also, Make sure your in-game voice settings correct. Tab->Settings->Sound. Try to increase your microphone volume.

Hello,
 

To fix the audio issues in TruckersMP, follow these steps:

1. Launch TruckersMP and click on the cog button in the player list or the cog icon in the upper left corner of the login screen.
2. In the settings menu, go to the "Sound" tab.
3. Under the "Speaker device" option, select "Default" and click on "Apply".
4. To test your audio, click on "Start test" on the same tab.
You should be able to hear yourself speaking during the test. 

Additionally, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
 

1. Ensure that the correct audio device is selected in Steam by going to Steam > Settings > Communication > Voice recorder. Test the microphone from this same place.
2. Open the game and right-click on the speaker icon in the bottom right corner of the taskbar. Select "Recording Devices" and make sure only one device is selected.
3. In the game, press the "TAB" key and adjust the Voice Chat settings from the Settings menu.
4. In Steam, go to Steam > Settings > Contact > Sound Recorder and make sure the correct device is selected.
5. If you're experiencing issues with sound drivers (such as Realtek), try uninstalling them and then reinstalling them.
6. Increase the volume by going to the Settings menu, selecting the "Sounds" tab, and adjusting the sound levels.
7. Delete the "My Documents-ETS2MP" folder and try launching the game again.
8. Run the multiplayer mod as an administrator. 
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve any audio problems you're experiencing in TruckersMP.
