in-game report [POLL] How much (in %) of your in-game reports (in average on all servers) get treated/processed (before timing out)?

Hi all,

 

I'm curious to know the experience of people over the last few months with in-game reports (also happy to have feedback in comments over longer periods).

Would be very interesting to know how efficient they are or not? What's your experience with in-game reports these days?

 

Disclaimer: don't want to blame anyone here. Just want to understand the current situation to see if my view is like the majority of players or different.

Many years ago, when I was still playing Truckers MP, none of my in-game reports were ever claimed by a moderator in time.

The in-game report as it is now is inefficient and urgently needs improvement.

I've been out of TruckersMP for some months now, but before that I've played quite regularly for more than 8 years. I can count with one hand the number of in-game reports that I sent and were claimed/solved. So 25% is way too high, more like 0.25%, in my case.

The question is about in-game reports not web reports. As far as I understand your post you're talking about the web-reports you submitted. Not the in-game reports.
