ı cant login to promods account

Whenever I try to log in to the site, it keeps giving an error. I sent a password change request and they did not send an e-mail. I wrote to the promods support team and no response was received. I tried to open a new account and it did not work.

Your Promods account cannot be logged in
 

• The first way is to contact the forum administrator on their website if you don't get an email

1. You check if your email is spam
2. They may not have sent you an email yet

 

• The second way is to go to their Discord server and use @[!] ProBot ModMail send messages or go to #self-help-guide to send your questions
