Hello @Aleek,

I'm sorry to hear that you have a problem over there and hope after this reply you would find a solution for it.
Are you having the game on the correct path ?
(C:/Program files/TruckersMP Launcher)

If yes then you may need to re-install the launcher.

Follow these steps carefully:
1.Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
2. Write "%programdata%" and press Enter
3. Search for the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
4. Go to Documents and remove these folders.(ETS2MP/ATSMP)
5. Head to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
6. Go to the website and re-download and install the Launcher again > https://truckersmp.com/download/<
7. Run the Launcher as admin administrator and click Install Available Updates

If it doesn't work still, reply to me

Best Regards,
Myrianna.

Hello there!
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing a fatal error crash when trying to play. To help resolve the issue, I recommend trying the following solutions:

Solution 1: Verify Game Files

1) Go to your Steam Library

2) Right-click on Euro Truck Simulator 2

3) Select Properties

4) Click on Local Files

5) Select Verify Integrity of Game Files

6) Wait for the verification process to complete and try launching the game again.

Solution 2: Launch with Different Graphics API

1) Right-click on Euro Truck Simulator 2 in Steam

2) Select Launch with OpenGL

3) Run the game and try going into gameplay

4) Exit the game and right-click on Euro Truck Simulator 2 again

5) This time, select Launch with DirectX (64-Bit)

6) Run the game and try going into gameplay

7) Launch TruckersMP and see if the issue persists.

If the above solutions don't work, I suggest reinstalling the TruckersMP Launcher using the following steps:

1) Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

2) Enter %programdata% and press Enter (without the quotes)

3) Find the folder TruckersMP and delete it.

4) Go to your documents and delete the folders called (ETS2MP, ATSMP).

5) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher".

6) Download and install the Launcher with admin privileges from the website: https://truckersmp.com/download

7) Open the Launcher with admin privileges and click Install Available Updates.

Please let me know if you need further assistance or if any of the above solutions worked for you.

because it's one of the popular solutions to your complaint.

1. Start a command line as an administrator (cmd)

2. Run the command:

sfc /scannow

  Reveal hidden contents

3. Wait, and then restart your computer

4. Run a single game in x64 DirectX mode (Launch witch DirectX for ATS)

  Reveal hidden contents

5. Drive a short distance

6. Exit Game

7. Start multiplayer
