Hello,

 

Everything is perfectly alright. If you check the report system load, it is currently on VERY HIGH, which means that there is increased time when handling these reports. I think even you might have to wait 2 weeks before your reports get dealt with.

Hello @FranzMaurerr

At times, our queue can get pretty big which will delay response time. But do not worry because every report will get dealt with eventually, no report goes unchecked.

As you can see, our load on the system is very high due to the high number of reports loaded on the system, so our response time is reduced.

First of all, do not worry, nothing is going to happend with Report System. There are only many reports and GM need to more time to check them all. 

 

- As you should know, when you open TruckersMP Report site, there are status of Report System = that means how much is the system load - > if there is heavy as is now.  This means that you have to wait longer than usual for your report to be processed and it can take up to 3-4 days, sometimes more.

- The limit of created reports is 20.

 

For creating more reports, you need to find wait for them to be aceppted.
