HeyI'mAmethyst
I wouldn't say permanent ban. A lengthy ban indeed but a permanent ban is a bit OTT. Maybe 14-60 days?
Darth Wazawai
Depends on the situation. Being discriminatory towards one for no reason (even having one is not good enough) and only them 14-prem depending on the wording. However if they attack a culture or religion etc than they should be prem banned Signature removed by a wondering ghost

Takumi Fujiwara 86
racism isnt against the law, therefore your point is invalid. however, as a public entity (justice system, government, etc.) in most countries they cannot discriminate against race, but ordinary people can be racist in most countries and not be fined/arrested unless they are violent. Darth Wazawai
Incorrect... Canada you can get into legal issues http://www.chrc-ccdp.ca/eng/content/what-discrimination USA is the same thing along with many parts of the world: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_anti-discrimination_acts Just so you know the second you get a charge under said laws your kinda boned in getting any really good job, as that stuff sticks with you and haunts you forever, its called vulnerable person... Not said person who is charged with any offence under said laws but those who could be victim. To me hating someone for who they are is wrong, depending on what they did and if they did it to you or someone you know etc then yes, but does not give that hater the ability to discriminate or be racist over it. Takumi Fujiwara 86
In the U.S you can say racial remarks, it's covered under the constitution, however businesses/government may not discriminate based on race under the Civil Rights Act of 1968

Master12
racism isnt against the law, therefore your point is invalid. however, as a public entity (justice system, government, etc.) in most countries they cannot discriminate against race, but ordinary people can be racist in most countries and not be fined/arrested unless they are violent. In the U.S you can say racial remarks, it's covered under the constitution, however businesses/government may not discriminate based on race under the Civil Rights Act of 1968. As Takumi said, according to some nations racism isn't against the law. If you were to enforce one to stop the discrimination, you are enforcing your personal values onto other people's beliefs, which leads to ethnocentrism. *Not against the law, but not a good thing* Therefore as long as racism isn't against the international law *Which i don't really know* then it's good. However if it also breaches our forum rules (Profanity, vulgar language/posts that attack others) They still reserve the right to be banned. Regards, Ken (Lemmonez) Happy Trucking!
