TruckersMP is not starting due to missing files. Before the problem, it started the Singleplayer.

A few days ago, I wanted to play TruckersMP. I started it but came into the Singleplayer. I deleted the ProgramFiles, LocalFiles and AppDataFiles of TruckersMP. Then I reinstalled TruckersMP and I got an error when starting the game. I tried reinstalling a few times but nothing changed.
