Have you ever thought that there might be a career system in TruckersMP? According to this career system, our accounts have their own in-game profile. Assuming that these profiles cannot be changed by cheating (Steam cloud style), a simulation system can be developed. Every driver starts his career from scratch and can improve his vehicle as s/he progresses. Even drivers who spend a lot of effort on these profiles can recruit drivers by installing VTCs. My thought is actually very detailed, but for now I'm wondering if you're considering something like this. “Be careful who you trust, Sergeant.
