Hello @DJ. Glina [Purple Sky ],

 

As I already explained to you in the private mesaage you sent to me, there is no specific time at which support tickets gets handled. Due to the current workload on our Support System, the waiting time for a response to the tickets is higher than usual but you can be sure that we will take a look at it as soon as we can.

 

I recommend to wait patiently for an answer and check your ticket once per day.
