The authorization window does not appear

Hello, we decided to play ETS 2 together with a friend, downloaded the game and the launcher (We had already played together before, he has 2 hours in ETS 2). The problem is that he does not have an authorization window when launching multiplayer. We tried to find a solution to the problem, reinstalled the launcher, checked local files, set ETS to run via DerictX11, rebooted the computer - nothing helps. We checked the path to the game, everything is indicated correctly, but authorization does not appear. Please help me solve the problem.
P.S. I'm using a translator to write this appeal, maybe some words are wrong

@old111, can you see the red message below the installation path? The launcher warns you that the path contains non-English characters. Change the path to one, which doesn't contain non-English characters. One suggested path is

C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP

, which just so happens to be the path used by old launcher. 

Once you change the path, let the launcher re-download the files. After the process is finished, try launching the game.
