Suggestion Description: make the client reconnect after getting kicked for unreliable connection

Why should it be added?: 
From my POV, when I try to load in heavy areas (crowded cities, etc) my game freezes, and after it actually loads in, I am already kicked for the said reason, and it might get pretty annoying.
For example, it can take me a few attempts to get onto the server while trying to load in a new place each time.

Yeah they really need to add that it's annoying having to close of the game and reload it because my wifi struggled for like 20 seconds...

I agree, but you should also have the chance to park in a safe place, before the reconection could begin.
