I have a support ticket and don't know why it wasn't processed for me, today past 3 days, I don't know if the support team saw my ticket?  What is the problem?

I have just checked whether you have any active tickets, and I cannot find any. Are you sure that you submitted a support ticket using this TruckersMP account that you used to create the topic?

Go to https://truckersmp.com/support/tickets and check whenever you have any existing support tickets there. If not, create one.
