Add timezone option for events time in TruckersMP new launcher

Hello there,

 

Since the TruckersMP updated their launcher. I can see the event informations in the launcher. But the time is UTC time. I think this should same as the event page on the website. Choose our timezones. And it will be more intuitive.

 

I hope this suggestion will be adopted.
