Open and unclaimed reports can now be deleted at any time. Disabled possibility to edit the first report comment after the report has been claimed by staff member. The only difference is that moderators won't have to decline reports from non-existing users manually anymore. I personally don't see how it could be abused. Removed the cooldown of 3 days before opening a new feedback ticket. Removed the ability to apply for staff position if no Discord account is linked. Cookie notice improvements. (1) Some feedback tickets require a lot of time due to the queue, management workload, possible translations, analyses, exchange of views and information, etc. In short, they can be really complex and time-consuming. (2) While others can be short and directed to a department where there are not many requests and the answer will be obtained in a short time. Now it can be easily combined so that (1) complex issue will run its course in the background, and (2) completely different, simple and fast will not have to wait.
