The_District_Dad Posted September 6, 2022 Share Posted September 6, 2022 Suggestion Name: Tracking Suggestion Description: Some sort of tracking system for reports, appeals, and feedback to alert the player that their ticket ect has been claimed by "name" and to say please be patient while they review their appeal ect. Up to date real time interaction that allows a player to know that their issue is next in line and been claimed. Any example images: Sorry no. James Posted September 6, 2022 Share Posted September 6, 2022 Hey, A similar suggestion has been created here: In regards to reports and feedback tickets, if your ticket has been claimed, you will probably get a reply in a few minutes/hours prior to it being claimed. In regards to appeals, users get an email upon response. We will discuss about reports internally if the system is created.
