Players should be given the right to open Feedback directly in order to prove their innocence and not be deprived of the game. Because the time to appeal against the sentence is 3 days. The time to look at the Feedback, which is opened later, can take up to 1 week depending on the intensity. It's pointless to be deprived of the game for 10 days even though I'm not guilty of anything. So you've been banned for 8 days and you think you're innocent. With the objection period and the Feedback period, you will have already paid that penalty. so opening Feedback doesn't make much sense. A solution must be found in this regard.

The appeal should be properly handled first before creating a feedback ticket. This allows the GM to unban you if they believe you were in the wrong, rather than escalating it BEFORE they've even had a chance to look at their own appeals.
