removal of permanent ban

i was permanently banned more than a year ago. im pretty sure 90 days have passed since the removal of perma bans and i still havent been unbanned. is this normal or should i be concerned in any way?

I will give my best answer to help you.

The "perm-bans" is not a thing anymore, when it comes to Permbanned due to history. - So if you are banned by the history, you will be unbanned again. If you read carefully, it also states that in the blogpost about it.
If you hacking, save-edit (Causing other players crash or anything else and some other stuff) you will still be Permbanned . Until you follow the instructions of specific things - Except hacking, as it will stay permban.

I don't think a retired people will be able to check ban appeals or any other tickets, as they are "Members" like us. If you decide to appeal , then i am pretty sure someone else in the staff team will go to the ticket. 
If no one answers within 3 days, (72 hours), feedback is appreciated as next step.

Hello @takifajnyktos!

 

As per your screenshot, your ban has been extended to permanent based on rule §5.2 and not due to history (which would be §2.8). Since you've already created a new appeal, I suggest you wait for a response.
