We would like to invite you to take part in our general community survey, which will be held every year from now on. It is essential for us to continuously monitor the state of the community and understand your needs and expectations.

Your opinion matters!
Through this survey, we will collect your valuable opinion that we can use to improve your experience on our platform, whether it is a particular service we provide or your experience in the game. Your feedback will be analysed and used to develop strategies to align our services and your in-game experience with the expectations of the community. We therefore ask you to take your time and reply truthfully if you decide to participate.

At the end of the survey, a new initiative will be introduced: focus groups. While surveys are a great way to collect feedback, it can sometimes be more useful to personally interact with people to gather more in-depth knowledge on what they think or believe. Focus groups consist of active users with particular traits, interests, or backgrounds, and all groups will form a joint user panel to regularly exchange their views and thoughts on subjects relevant to the community. In case you are interested in becoming involved as an active co-creator in our community, please complete the survey to show your interest in this panel. More information will be provided in the survey.

I'm very supportive of the official approach so that we can accurately understand the user experience, and I hope that such surveys will continue to be done

With many payers now satisfied with the long awaited release of buses, it's great to see that the TruckersMP Team is already taking the next big step into it's future. The idea to open up a general community survey is one of the best ways of getting community feedback and is something not many people do.

 

From someone who plans/hosts a lot of events within the community, this will also serve as a great opportunity for me and other Event Managers within the community to provide a lot of feedback on event related matters, and to also provide them with feedback for their own official events 

 

In addition to this, I love the idea of introducing Focus Groups and looking to interact with the community more personally. This should allow more accurate and frequent feedback from those on the public side of the project.

 

Unfortunately many users think that the TruckersMP Team builds the project to how they like it, and that they don't listen to the community, however this certainly says otherwise! I'll definitely be filling out the survey, and I look forward to seeing what's next for TruckersMP.

that after significant and useful changes made to improve the game and still trying to develop it as well as using the public survey, it shows that the work is not finished and be sure that we users are part of the big family TruckersMP and we are trying to improve and develop it.

 

This survey can be both a more detailed examination of the game and the needs, expectations and better support of both sides towards each other and a new and unique surprise that makes it better.

 

This proves the progress and cooperation of ، not only me, but the 4 million members of the large Truckers MP family.
