Missing company in dispatcher

hi all hopefully someone can help, i am trying to unlock the "THIS ONE IS MINE" acheivement  ive completed 2 out of 3 but i cannot find HMS company in Salt lake city Utah i have even looked on the in game dispatcher and HMS is not there either.

You'll need to look for the company in Salina or Vernal - you can't find the company in Salt Lake City since version 1.40 onwards. The achievement itself doesn't require you to get cargo to/from HMS Machinery specifically, though. As long as you visit all quarries in Utah, you should be able to unlock the achievement.
