Why should it be added?:

The revised punishment rules state:

 

"As of 4th May 2022, permanent bans due to history will no longer be issued. This means that rule §2.8 - How bans are issued has been updated, and is now written as follows:

§2.8 - How bans are issued

The first 3 bans are issued at the staff member’s discretion.

The 4th ban is thirty days.

The 5th ban and consecutive bans are ninety days."

 

As permanent bans are not issued anymore, the following requirement of providing evidence forever should be adjusted accordingly:

 

"The evidence you provide us must be available for the length of the ban applied, plus thirty days. Evidence for permanent bans must be available forever."

Hey,

 

That shall remain as it is because we still issue permanent bans for hacking and also ban evading.

Permanent bans still apply due to them rules.
