Will reconnect but not reconnecting

When i load into the map, the game loads too early before the progress bar finishes. The game freezes and when it unfreezes it says that i got kicked for having an unreliable connection and that i will get reconnected. But, it does not reconnect.

Hello, you can try to avoid the congested city and restart the game to reconnect to the server

As was said by Chinese good drivers this often occurres when you are loading in to a busy area with a lot of players around. I recommend logging out in a quiet area or city. This way you should not get kicked when rejoining. I had this issue as well with my old PC, since I have upgraded my PC I don't have this issue anymore.
