Modifications I can't find in Service station (strip lights)

I have seen several people with a sort of Strip LED light around the outside of their cab. I did ask in game but no one seemed to respond. I'm just wondering where I can acquire such lights for my own truck.

This white light bar is a reward for participating in external missions

 

If you want to get it you can find it in the steam market
