A question about recruitments (Special requirements for any role)

Hello, I've a question. For example, I'll create a recruitment application to be a game moderator. How long do we have to be registered on the forum as a specific requirement for this role. 

Likewise, are there any special requirements for other roles? 

For example, game moderators do not need a old forum account in my think, what is required to be a game moderator is to be active in the game, reports on the website, appeals, etc. 

As a user like me who got to know the forum completely in just 1 week, wouldn't it be better to change this requirement to at least 1 month?

This rule is important because a staff member must interact with people. And I don't think its better to remove this rule.
