Indeed, after I checked your descriptions, I know your problems. And I also notice that there are not API(s) for your requirement in the API Documment.

 

But there is a API about fetching player infomations, I think you can use it. According to my knowledge, you also need to connect it with the member list of your vtc.

 

I am sorry I am not a developer, but I will do my best to help you. You may also need https://map.truckersmp.com/. Moreover, there are some problems of the ProMods Server online map, so you can't check the player details in ProMods and ProMods Arcade. I apologize for it.

I am a developer in my VTC, and I also use that API endpoint provided by TruckersMP. As far as I know, it can only return coordinates instead of city names, so unfortunately this is not possible by the api in itself.
