Issues updating client

I am having 2 issues when updating the client. One my anti virus continues to flag the software as a virus. Two I keep getting a 403: Forbidden error when trying to update and previous solutions don't seem to work.

Regarding to your concern, many players reported this issue when using Bitdefender antivirus. it looks like Bitdefender is the issue causing this error and it appears to be an misjudgement. You may add TruckersMP launcher to the software whitelist.

Hey,
I know this problem someone else has the same problem. have you tried 1: pressing the F1 key in the launcher to load all updates from the beginning? (before that it's best to save custom ui and other fonts somewhere else) and got the error message that it could be a virus, he also got from his virus program. Launcher redirects him to a page where there is nothing. 

I had no problems with launcher. it could also be that too many people tried to download the update at once and that's why the error occurred.
