Reporting help

I was I was intentionally rammed by the same user twice in the span of about 5 mins. I have 2 videos showing each ram.

 

My question is:

 

Do I make 1 report and include both videos or make 2 reports, one for each ram?

Create a single report and include both links.

Normally in this case we do only one report, we do one report per user, 

Example if in the video clip you had 2 users to report you had to make 2 reports.

each report with player's TMP ID.
