logit crashing my game?

I have joined a VTC, and I was required to install Logit in order for them to track my jobs. After installing it, I can't get past the main profile screen after the SDK notification pops up and I click OK. There is no other button. What can I do to fix this?

Thanks for creating a forum topic today. 

 

This is when your game detected a program such as Logit to track in-game data such as speed, distance travelled and such. It is a completely normal thing for your game to do, and it will not affect how your game runs. Pressing ok to dismiss the message is all that is needed. It happens with any other programs that track any data from your gameplay, so it is nothing to worry about.

Developer of LogIt here 

 

If you are experiencing issues with LogIt I recommend you hop on over to the VTLOG discord and create a support ticket there with us so we can properly help you out.

 

In general though, if you are experiencing crashes on startup (when you click ok on the SDK prompt) you can do the follow steps to try and fix the issue:

 

- Make sure you do not have any old legacy versions installed. (If you used early versions of LogIt you may have it still installed, check your game.log file for clues as to where you can find it and delete it)

 

- Make sure you have the latest version of LogIt, you can do this by reinstalling it using the installer.

 

- Disable the in-game overlay via the LogIt settings in the VTLOG website.
