G920 Steering Wheel

Hey there,

 

i have a Logitech G920. If i tab out of ETS2 to Desktop or any other Program and then tab back to ETS2 my Steering Wheel goes from alone to left or right a bit. Has anyone the same problem oder a Solution?

I have the G29 (it is the same as the G920) and I have it too! When you tab out the wheel try to get in the center and when you are ingame again, the wheel is different as the ingame wheel. Then it turns a little bit left or right.

Hey @D4K189,

 

 

I think that everyone who's using Logitech G29 Steering Wheel, has such Problem at the beginning. As first thing, you need to download the Logitech G-Hub so you can change/setup/overview your Wheel in any way you want it.

 

Here you can download the Logitech G-Hub from their official Website: https://www.logitechg.com/de-at/innovation/g-hub.html

 

Once you've installed it, setup everything and have connected your Wheel to the Program that issue should be gone. In case that it's still there I will tell you the Tipp how I was doing it as I had that Problem.

 

1. - Start Logitech G-Hub and when you see that your Wheel has been connected, press on it:

 

2. - You will open all the Settings of your Wheel and Pedals, once you get there, make sure to set a check mark the last Option:

 

3. - After you've done that, you will be able to control the strength of the centering spring of your Steering Wheel (I suggest to set it on 0, especially when driving a Scout Vehicle). 

 

 

NOTE: You can drive the Scout vehicle actually ONLY with this method, as Force-Feedback for Scout vehicles was kinda destroyed and the Steering Wheel was too strong to drive it. I am not sure if that issue have been solved already, but still, be careful.

 

When you have done this, your Steering Wheel will be always in the middle and you won't have any trouble with the Force-Feedback anymore. One thing you also can do is to leave Logitech G-Hub on while playing so you can be 100% that there can't happen anything that can change that setting while cruising on TruckersMP Servers.
