However I believe you are referring to needing an in-game profile/downloading one. You can do this in a variety of ways - a lot of VTCs have their own that you're able to use. Alternatively, most mod websites have them created by other users, but you download and use these at your own risk. Head to this Website, https://ets2mods.lt/ and take a look/search for a Profile you would like to have. Of course, it all depends on that what DLC's you have, what MAP's and such stuff.
